★ Instructions for Video/Audio Feedback Submissions ★

1. Fill Out the Form:

   • Select “Add to Cart”

   • Complete the Feedback Submission Form with all the necessary details about your submission.

   • Make sure to provide any specific questions or areas you’d like feedback on.

2. Send Your File:

   • Record your video or audio file.

   • Use WeTransfer.com to send your file to lisa@lisaermel.com.

   • Ensure the file is clearly labeled with your name and the date.

3. Receive Your Feedback:

   • Once your file and form are received, I will review your submission.

   • Expect a detailed feedback video response within 72 hours (audio is 48 hours).

   • If there are any delays, I will notify you immediately.

Important Notes:

• Please keep your submissions concise, ideally no longer than 20 minutes.

• If your file exceeds 2GB, consider compressing it or splitting it into multiple parts.

• Ensure your contact details are correct on the form for any necessary follow-ups.
